Admission & Withdrawal

As per the policy, wards of R&DE (Engrs) employees will get first priority for admissions. Remaining seats will be granted on merit basis to Defense Employees, Govt. Organization Employees and others.
Admission to the school is restricted only to those who are prepared to appreciate and abide by the rules and regulations of the School. Those seeking admission in the School will have to go through all the formalities prescribed by the School.

Admission test will be conducted for those seeking new admission and the selection is made purely on merit basis only. Recommendation in any form will automatically invalidate the application for admission.
A pupil who has attended any recognized School cannot be admitted without a leaving certificate from that School where the pupil has last attended and in case of students coming from schools outside Maharashtra State, this certificate must be countersigned by the Education Inspector of the State from which the student has come.

A pupil who has not attended any School previously or has come from private School must produce an official birth certificate such as Municipal or Baptismal certificate or a vaccination certificate as proof of date of birth entered in the admission form. No admission is complete until the birth certificate/leaving certificate is handed over to the School authorities.

In case of new admission in the middle of the term, School fee from the beginning of the term shall be charged addition to the admission fee unless the fee for the period before admission had been paid to some other recognized school. When it is desired to withdraw a child, two months’ notice written (Page No. 61) to take effect from the first of the month must be given. When a child is withdrawn in the middle of the quarter, fees for the whole quarter are to be paid.
